Returns & Exchanges
At A KIND OF GUISE, we take great pride in the quality of our German-made garments; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and state your reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the products are folded neatly and the return form is included inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (where applicable) to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
